Speed Improvement

The previous level selection screen took a while to load, but with the latest multithreaded enhancements, the new level browser is blazing fast!
Performance enhancements:
Loading 90 levels in the old selector: 63 seconds
Loading 90 levels in the new browser for the first time: 24 seconds
Loading 90 levels in the new browser after caching: less than 1 second!
